The use of corn threshers greatly reduces the labor intensity of farmers when harvesting corn, and also improves work efficiency. Our factory is also a professional designer of new corn threshers. The machine mainly consists of a feeding port, grid shaped concave plate, nail toothed threshing drum, and transmission components. Powered by an electric motor, the power is output by the motor's output shaft and transmitted to the nail toothed threshing drum through a drive belt. The nail toothed threshing drum, in conjunction with the grid shaped concave plate, threshes the corn. The corn kernels are separated from the grid shaped concave plate and discharged from the machine body, while the corn cobs are discharged from the other end of the feeding system. The main components of a corn thresher include the feed inlet, nail toothed threshing drum shaft, grid shaped concave plate, and frame.
